My favorite dish is kizaka as known in Angola or Pondu as know in the Congo region.
It’s widely eaten in Africa and also known as SakaSaka or Cassava leaf stew. Made with red palm oil & mixture of vegetables (and fish) it is my absolute favorite dish! So good that mom always makes sure to cook it when I visit.
I was craving it so much this past few weeks that I decided to make it myself & with some tips from mom & it was coming home 🙂
